A Monroe County woman is suing Dollar General for $100,000 saying that she slipped and fell at the Juliette store.
Mary Warnock filed a complaint for damages in Monroe County Superior Court on Oct. 17 against Dollar General and store manager Autumn Young. Warnock claims she slipped on a slippery substance and was injured in the Dollar General at 8720 Hwy. 87, Juliette, on Oct. 23, 2022. The complaint stated Warnock had no knowledge of the presence of the hazard before the fall and that she exercised ordinary care for her safety.
