Legendary 90s rock band Weezer put on an insane show in Berlin, Germany on June 10.

The iconic group — which consists of lead singer and guitarist Rivers Cuomo, guitarist Brian Bell, bassist Scott Shriner, and drummer Patrick Wilson — played for German fans at the Columbiahalle, an iconic music venue in the Tempelhof district of Berlin, which is Germany’s capital city.

Weezer is currently on a European tour, where their next stops in the coming days consist of Download Festival in the United Kingdom and then other shows in Italy and Switzerland. After that, they head back to Germany before stopping off in the Netherlands ahead of a sold out gig in Denmark late next week.

Following their month and a half stint in Europe, Cuomo, 54, and his band will return to the United States mid-July to play a handful of dates across the country through October, including the now-hit festival When We Were Young, which specifically caters to the Warped Tour crowd of the mid-aughts. After that, Weezer will head off to Mexico City in November — and so far, that’s the rest of their year on the road.

Weezer was founded in Los Angeles in 1992. The original lineup of the band consisted of Cuomo and Wilson, 56, as well as Matt Sharp and Jason Cropper. Sharp was replaced with Bell, 56, during the recording of their self-titled debut album and Sharp left the band following the tour of their second album Pinkerton. The group has played with their current line-up since 2001.

Interestingly enough, the band’s very first show in March 1992 had them closing for none other than Keanu Reeves’ band Dogstar.

Speaking of Reeves, 60, and his band, NME reported back in April that Weezer and Dogstar were joining forces to make a mockumentary about a “rivalry” between the two bands — which could be both hilarious and awesome at the same time if it actually happens. Let’s hope!
