Kaizen has appointed Rob Bernstein as Chief Financial Officer, adding an executive with more than 15 years of CFO and senior finance experience across fast-growing technology and RegTech companies.
Bernstein joins the regulatory reporting assurance specialist from SteelEye, where he has served as CFO since 2020.
His previous leadership experience includes CFO roles at RegTek Solutions and TIM Group.
Throughout his career, Bernstein has worked with growth-stage technology businesses on financial strategy, commercial performance and building finance organizations capable of supporting expansion.
His appointment follows the recent arrival of Sam North as Chief Product Officer, further expanding Kaizen’s executive leadership team as it scales its regulatory reporting assurance platform.
Kaizen said Bernstein’s experience in RegTech and private equity-backed environments will support its next phase of growth and development.
