SWK Holdings’ finance chief Yvette Heinrichson is resigning, effective Feb. 13, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The provider of capital solutions for commercial-stage healthcare and life science companies on Monday said that President and Chief Executive Joe Staggs will assume Heinrichson’s responsibilities while the company looks for a permanent successor.
Heinrichson will remain with SWK as a part-time consultant until the company files its upcoming quarterly results or as otherwise mutually agreed by both parties.
