MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — One lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player hit the $1.6M Cash jackpot Tuesday night.
The Cash 5 with Quick Cash jackpot reached $1,631,529 before being hit. Just one ticket matched all five winning numbers to claim the top prize.
