Les Bleues was able to start off strong with a win over the reigning European champions, England, before beating up Wales, 4-1, on Wednesday. Through the first two matchdays, France had the second-most goals scored with six.
The Dutch began their tournament on the right foot with a solid win over the Welsh, but suffered a rough 4-0 loss to England on Matchday 2, putting their quarterfinal hopes at risk.
France clinches first in the group with a win, or a draw against the Dutch and England draws or loses to Wales. The Netherlands can advance if they and England both win, but the Dutch would have to win by a significant number of goals to overtake the Lionesses.
A loss for the Dutch would mark an end to their tournament.
