Our annual list seeks to identify and honor women who have achieved positions of prominence and influence in the financial-services industry and organizations that support it, and are positioned to lead the industry in the future. Only women working in the U.S. are eligible for consideration.

Any individual or organization can submit multiple nominations. Nominations can also be submitted confidentially, as indicated on the form. Women nominated in prior years can be nominated again, as can anyone who has appeared on a prior list. The 2023 list can be viewed here.
All nominees will be assessed by a Barron’s editorial panel. Barron’s might conduct additional research on nominees and their businesses, and contact nominators and nominees for more information to support a nomination.
