If you’re planning a block party or another neighborhood event this summer, you might want to apply to Boulder’s new Neighborhood Connection Fund.
The fund is meant to support fun ways for neighbors to get together.
Neighborhood groups and residents can apply for up to two grants per year. The grants can be used toward block parties, other community events, training or other community-building exercises. Block party grants offer funding of up to $599 and the city’s Spark grant provides funding of up to $3,000 for other neighborhood activities or events.
Funding will be granted on a rolling basis until Sept. 30. Find more information at bouldercolorado.gov/services/neighborhood-connection-fund#section-23873.
