NORTH DAKOTA, ND (KXNET) — A local coffee chain is hoping to help a family in need after a devastating fire earlier this month.
According to a Facebook Post from Meg-A-Latte, the Ceynar family were the victims of a house fire on Sunday, July 7th. The father and son (Dustin and Clay) were transported to a burn unit in Minnesota for injuries sustained during the fire. They are reportedly in stable condition, but are suffering from burns that cover 90% of their bodies.
On Saturday, July 13, the coffee chain will be donating a portion of all sales at each of their locations to help the Ceynars through this difficult time by helping relieve the financial stress caused by medical treatment. They will also be collecting free-will donations to aid the family.
