WESTFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – The Western Massachusetts Charity Dance-A-Thon was held on Friday evening over in Westfield.
The theme for the all nighter was tropic fever.
The 25-hour event for teens, raises cash for for several local charities including Rick’s Place and Rachel’s Table.
Western Mass News stopped by the event and spoke with organizer Dominic Monti and he told us, the goal of the non-profit is to provide youth with life skills and experiences that give back to the community.
”Tonight just seeing us inspire all the people really seeing them come together make new friends meet new people and to see the impact that they know their making its just really heartwarming,” expressed Monti.
The fun event includes things like overnight games, food, music, visits from local mascots, karaoke, and much more.
